REGURGITATOR plunge into 2017 with some dynamic displays to start up the year’s productivity tables!

Starting off with performances at both the 2017 Sydney Festival and Mona Foma of their more than excellent set from early 2016 at the NGV FRIDAY NIGHTS AT ANDY WARHOL / AI WEIWEI of the debut (dawning on 50 years old this year) Velvet Underground & Nico album. Their Chinese flavoured version also features Seja on keyboards/vocals and Mindy Meng Wang on the Guzheng.

Along with these special sets were Regurgitator au naturel performances at both the Brisbane GOMA 10 Up Late event and MONA’s late night club Faux Mo. All sets were greeted by enthusiastic audiences and left a smiles everyone’s faces.

Following this lovely start to the year will be appearances at both the inaugural MONSOON ROCKSTOCK festival with Frenzal Rhomb, King Parrot & more on the Sunshine Coast and the 2017 GUMBALL FESTIVAL with Tripod, Gareth Liddiard, The Peep Temple & more…

From the organisers… “Monsoon Rockstock has been cancelled at Lake Kawana Community Centre and will not be proceeding on Saturday the 4th of March 2017. All ticket holders will be contacted by the Box Office to receive a full refund for their purchase. All enquiries please email To all, we regret to announce that Monsoon RockStock 2017 cannot go ahead this debut year. It is unfortunately due to increasing costs and subsequent pressures on this inaugural event that we have come to this decision as we approach D-Day. As we are debut and independent were out to engage the local scene, the support from various entities has not come through. This event was placed into a ‘high risk’ bracket with policies demanding inflating expenses, proving difficult to overcome with a pre-planned, outlaid budget of a high figure.”
