Everyone knows good nutrition is the key to maintaining health throughout a long flight. So naturally Ben and I hit the asprin/spirulina powershakes and rationed a double choc muffin between us to prep for the long haul to London.

This kept our skin lustrous for a fairly trouble-free Heathrow Customs processing but by 4pm we had once again reverted to our former pirate whore selves.
